What version of Windows? Server versions (at least NT4 onwards,
probably in 3.51 if you've still got it!) come with a "TCP/IP Printing"
option which allows you to talk to them like any other LPR style print
server.

Just install it under the networking options and you're away. If you're
on consumer windows, SaMBa (as mentioned by Bill) works well from the
Unix end. If you're prepared to spend a bit of money, you could also
take a look at NIPrint from Network Instruments. It adds LPR to any
Windows flavour...
