So, I've been looking for some basic guidlines regarding IOstat. I
need to determine what thresholds I need to look for.

I see blocks read/written per second - but I don't know what would be
say 80% of capacity.

For example - if you look at a full duplex fast ethernet link;

80mb in and 80 mb out would be 80% utilizied.

Where could I find such capacity info for what iostat measures?
