hi,

I want to know why this unix paramter are set and how this parameter's
affect out system

SEMMNI
SEMMNS
SEMMLS
SHMMAX
SHMMIN
SHMMNI
SHMSEG

it would be helpful to me if any one can point to some webpages which
describe about this parameter .

Depending on your OS, which you're not sharing with us, default values
may vary. A google for:
SEMMNI parameter

....gives a wide variety of apparently relevant responses.
