hi,

i have a weird problem. these are two e280r servers used to run
solaris 8 with Veritas Cluster 2.0. I broken the internal disk
mirroring of those boxes and installed the solaris 9 on one of the
internal disk. However, once boot up on solaris 9 when i issue format
command, i cannot see those D2 disks. while i can see it from
probe-scsi-all from eeprom and also if i boot back from the other
mirror disk which still have solari8 in it, i see the disks.

i checked the sd.conf file, it's the same between two disks. just
dont know what's wrong. i also compared the output of modinfo, dont
see much difference that would cause the problem.

any idea? do you think this might have something to do with scsi3
reserve? if that's the case, how do i clear it?

thanks a bunch,
tony
