| Hi *,
I am looking for a free SMTP server which can send any number of
messages to yahoo, gmail and other mail servers. Basically I want to
send a single msg of only few words (no attachments) to some 35,000
ppl at once. I have got softhome.net but they have bandwidth
limitation etc.
Plz point me to the solution
TIA,
Sanjeev Kumar

I'll suggest you rethink the idea. Spam is very seldom welcome.

Please don't do it.
What you plan to send is certainly spam that the recipients don't want,
and (depending on where you do it) that might be illegal.

Why exactly are you trying to do this? If you're expecting help to spam,
you came to the very wrong place, we're the ones who shut down spammers,
not who help them.

| I don't have any intention of spamming and anything like that.
I want to convey a single msg to few ppl and need it once.
That's all.
If you ppl still don't wanna help. No probs, I will find some other way.

I see that in nearly all the spam emails I get too (or would if I
didn't exert effort to avoid them). If you have a legitimate purpose,
describe it and I'm sure several of us have ideas of how you can do
it effectively.
> If you ppl still don't wanna help. No probs, I will find some other way.
....but if you're really just going to spam, we'll find out how to stop
you.

I think the US Justice department is putting a $50K/head bounty on
finding spammers and "bringing them to justice".
Now, _that's_ a mission I'd invade a country for--the war on spam...

Hm, and here I've been doing it all this time for the sheer pleasure.

If you thought that was funny you are wrong.
