Dont know if this is the right place to post but can you try and help me
resolve an argument and tell me what an 'apllication server' is/does?

Thanks for this new use of Google (at least to me) and for their
descriptions. I'm still stuck in the procedural language (as apposed to
OOP) and simple client/server model...
