It's not often a spammer has the nerve to post on CUA. Other
than an e-mail to the abuse@... address and to my own ISP,
is there anything to be done? The groups of news admins
rarely discuss the topic of getting accounts pulled for spam or
abusive posts and even more rarely discuss dealing with the
occasional rogue ISP who doesn't pull such accounts.
