I'm starting a new job monday (senior/lead position) so I may be away
for a while. Just in case anyone happens to notice less Dave around
here than usual.

Hopefully I can get a job soon and there will be even less Dave around!!

Thanks - so far, it seems like it, yes. Looks like some interesting
projects coming. Odd being the "new guy" again though...

Thanks to the several folks who have replied. Yeah, looks like a good
move, some really cool projects just handed to me. Same diagrams,
bigger boxes...lots more volume. Lots and lots more volume.

So...anyone know how much power (8) fully-loaded Sun 4900's are going to
consume? ;)

Just a guess here, but I am going to say "Much more then your average
UPS can handle."

Heh. The UPS here is bigger than the data center at my last job ;)
....and the 6 diesel generators, well, let's just say, emergency power is
taken seriously here.
