Is the dialup due to lack of ANY internet access at the site or for
security reasons? If the later, SSH is available for 5.0.5 precompiled
for SCO on the SCO Skunkware site.
You could connect the two SCO systems via the internet using SSH and
transfer files using sftp (included in the SSH package).
Pick a non-standard IP port to run the SSH daemon on - the standard port
22 is well known by crackers.
