I am trying to set the network interface of a Redhat Linux system to
have autoneg = 0 and 100fdx = 1. In Solaris, I know there is ndd -
set. In Linux, what should I do in order to change these values?

Thanks!!

Ah, cisco switch eh? Hee hee.

The customary 60 seconds of internet research:
http://www.google.com/search?q=full+duplex+redhat

led me quickly to:

Give it a whirl.

Simply set the port on the cisco to autoneg and you should be
fine.
