I have recently made a new samba server using FreeBSD and will be soon
replacing another MS server 2003 with FBSD and samba. At the moment I
have around 70+ users and want to automate smbpasswd. I had to
manually add all 70+ users for the first system w/ smbpasswd. (Adding
users to the system was easy w/ another script) I tried writting a
'expect' script to use w/ smbpasswd but my shell scripting abilities
arent great. Does anyone already have a script that can automate
smbpasswd? Ill post my bootleg one that didnt work if I get any
responses.
