Not in the standard C library. I wrote an, IMHO, nice configuration
file handler, available at http://libtc.sourceforge.net.

I like the GNUStep style configuration files, which can be manipulated
with the proplist library.

Download

ftp://ftp.windowmaker.org/pub/wmake...r-0.20.2.tar.gz

and then unpack the file libPropList.tar.gz.
