LLC TEST and LLC SAMBE

hello ,

I've created LLC TEST AND SAMBE packtes.. and I'm sending it to
my router LLC , but I can't get any response.
In the LLC TEST i've set DSAP and SSAP as 0 and in SAMBE i've set the
poll bit as 0

I've read somewhere that almost all ethernet drivers won't allow a
response to a incoming LLC TEST, is that correct ?
