What's up w/ db.h, db_185.h db3/db_185.h, db2/db_185.h, ad nauseum? Do I
also need to concern myself whether I link to libdb, libdb3, etc?

All I want is to use dbopen(3), and be relatively confident whomever created
the db file used the same library I did.
