AIX loader domains again

I've attempted to write up how I understand AIX shared libraries
(especially including the "loader domain" issue) to work at:

If there are folks with experience with this subject who have a moment to
look over the document and provide feedback, that'd be greatly
appreciated. I'd like to get any errors out of it.
