Hello,

I am using fp_read(), fp_write() etc.. file system I/O routines within
the AIX 5.3 kernel. I have a feeling that calls to these routines
result in the thread yielding -so that some other thread can free up
buffers. It isn'yt documented anywhere -but can someone nconfirm/deny
if these functions are blocking or not?

thanks
-kamal
