Guys, please tell about the software you wish you had. This should not
be an existing software, this should be something which is not
implemented yet, i.e. a new idea.

A program which, given a description of any program and finite input
for that program, will always determine whether or not the program
will halt on that input.

I really need this. Will you go work on something like this? ~_^
