Can files on an old Panasonic LF-7010 or LF-7090 SCO ODD be read by a Windows PC

Hi,

I have a SCSI attached LF-7010 attached to an SCO Unix systems and
would like to install it on a Windows PC to get the data off the old
non-networked SCO box. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
