Suppose there is a UNIX Server called "mack.dcsl.bu.org",can i connect
to this server Via a new Protocol via Ipv6 initially i used to connect
it with IPv4? Could You Please Explain me why if i can or why if i
cannot.

Help will be really appreciated....

You can connect via ipv6 if the server listens on ipv6 and you have an
ipv6 route or tunnel to the server.
