You're very confused here. ANSI x3.64 isn't a standard anymore, since
it was withdrawn several years ago. It was replaced by ISO-6429, which
covers roughly the same area. Some of the escape sequences your samples
use are not in ISO-6429 (and weren't in x3.64 either).

Generally they look as if they're written for Linux and tested very lightly
on one of the BSD clones.
