Bear in mind that most of the information you'll find is secondhand. One
person said that, and a thousand repeat it. (I've found no more than 3-4
people who can quote from an actual copy of it).

Since it's not in print, and even when it was, ANSI wanted too much money for
it - $100 for a $5 document - I've only got the various quotes and reductions
from it. Reviewing some of those, I don't see anything in them that isn't in
ISO-6429.

terminfo lists a lot of features. There is overlap with ISO-6429,
but each has a lot of features that are not reflected in the other.
In xterm, I implemented features that aren't in terminfo, but where
I found a match in terminfo, documented it as part of the terminal
description.

Those, and the borderline use of SGR 21/22: those are in ISO-6429,
but generally not part of an "ANSI" terminal emulator. I assume
you already were aware that scrolling margins aren't part of this
either.
