NIS group to netgroup script

There are some sparse posts regaqrding various attempts to manipulate
netgroups and groups.. etc - etc.. so let me ask a straight forward
question:

Does anyone have a script, SH, CSH, AWK, SED, preferrably PERL.. that
takes the NIS group file as input and writes a file out in the netgroup
syntax?
