Hello.

Installed a non-commercial Tru64 5.1b for the first time.
Everything is so new and not like what I'm used to in
BSD & Linux worlds
The question is: what is the best and commonly used way
to update the system?
As far as I understand now, there are patches and patch
kits -- the latter being "cumulative" bundles of patches, right?
But, for example, there is a patch that fix sendmail vulnerabilities,
which I don't see in kit contents, but that exists
on ftp.support.compaq.com, along with the kits.
Do I understand right that I should apply all kits (two for 5.1b
as of now, right?) in order, and all patches that exist in
the appropriate directory, in any order?
Is there any kind of automatic script to perform these tasks?
