Finding Unused accounts on tru64

Hi,

I need to find all accounts that have not been used since the 1st of
August.
I could finger every user but there is around 1000 users on the box and
issuing finger for
every user would be time consuming.

Is there an easy way to find them ?
Any tricks or hint would be great !
