Hi,

I'm trying to connect to a DS20E (com1) using Windows HyperTerminal.

Should this work?

Is an Unix command available to verify that RMC switch is enabled?

Same question for an ES40

Should work...

Connect to the serial console port.
Use a null-modem cable.
At the firmware-prompt:

Thanks, but the problem was HyperTerminal, using a VT320 emulator works
fine.
