Can I boot from the rh9 install cds and run lilo?

Hi.

Since I have to install XP on an empty partition and I don't want to
reinstall linux, I wonder if I can just install XP (overwriting the MBR)
and then boot from into rescue system to run lilo.

Any ideas?
