Upgrade RH EL3 to Fedora Core 2

Hi,

is there a possiblity to upgrade a RH EL3 to Fedora Core 2?
Because we have 3 servers with Core 2 and only one with RH EL3, and it would
be much suitable for us to have only one os installed....
