Author KDE 3.2 on Red Hat 9

It seems to be that www.kde.org have Fedora distribution of the KDE 3.2 but
no Red Hat 3.2 (yet).
How can install KDE 3.2 onto Red Hat 9 without downlading so many megabytes
of source code?
Is there any RPM for KDE 3.2 binaries for Red Hat 9 somewhere?
