I've just purchased a new system, ( Pentium 4 2.8GHz, 512MB DDR SDRAM, 120GB
HDD), which I plan to run RH9 on. My first linux computer. Can someone
please give me some sugestions on how many, and what size partitions I
should create, and what I would mount on said partitions.

Thanks in advance,
Mick

On http://www.redhat.com/docs/ you find documentation. The partition
question is answered there too.

But keep in mind that RH9 reaches EOL (end of lifetime) by Redhat at
31.03.2004. This is soon! You will only get security updates by the Fedora
Legacy project.
