| HI,
I am re-building my house network. was all "microstuff you for bloody loads
of money", but since reading Redhat Linux ver 9 for dummies, I am able to
re-build my network with a pII as Linux server for email, webserver and
proxy server, win XP laptops in each of my daughters bedrooms (x3 running
XP), win 2k for the wife, and me with XP, win 2003, win2k and Linux ver 9
PC's. all running on a wireless network to the Linux server attached to a
dsl usb modem.
Also am drawing up my Business plans for 3 cybercafes, that were going to
run MicroFu@k_u_up_for_loads_of_Money_for_Li
censes_for_Term_services but now
going to run Linux BackOffice and switching choice of Linux ver 9 or Win XP
term serv terminals.
I recommend RedHat Linux ver 9 for Dummies for all newbies, failing that try
Linux user (it does not have a lot of newbies stuff in it).
