Hi, all

I just installed the RealPlayer8 for my RH Linux9. There is a problem. I
could only run it once, right after the installation, and then I could
not get the thing running either from Mozilla or directly.

I could not find any file that I can execute directly. Every time I
clicked a RA link in the browser, a window came up telling me to use a
binary file called "realplay", which located in the installation
directory of RealPlayer8 (somewhere like /usr/lib/RealPlayer8). But the
file could not be run at all, not even the RA interface came up.

Is there any way I can get this thing up running like I did in MS
Windows? Is there any file I can run directly or link to the browser?
Please give me some suggestions.

Thanks a lot!!!

Jackie

Try the RealPlayer rpms from

ftp://apt.kde-redhat.org/apt/fedora/all/RPMS.stable/

You can try RealPlayer8 and/or RealPlayer9

The problem is what I installed is RealPlayer8. I downloaded it from
real.com. I think it must be the latest version of RealPlayer8.
