Hi,

I have a hard time getting the RedHat 9 (-31.9) to recognize the onboard
audio. It is an Intel P4 board and i am using a 2.8 GHz P4, with 1 G RAM.
during installation, it didn't recognized there was a sound card. After
install configuration also failed to find a sound card.

Could you give me some hint on how to get it to recognize the onboard audio
or I have to get a 'real' separate sound card just so to work in RedHat? the
audio works just wine when I boot to Windows XP.

Thanks.

Shawn
