My take is that they are using this deal to put all their muscle behind
Suse to kill Red Hat, then they will take over Suse completely and stop
supporting or updating it and let it die so Vista can be the OS of only
choice. Anyone who stands up to them will never have the money to out
litigate them. They will even have Apple by the cajones because of the
BSD base.
