I'm using xp and PCCillin (virus software) dual booting with RH9 using GRUB

PCCillin detects a boot virus which I am 99.9% sure is the Linux GRUB boot
loader.

Can I remove GRUB (archiving it somewhere) and delete it from the boot
sector?

What I think I then need to do is reinstall the new virus software and
reinstall GRUB

How I do this is what I am asking for advice on.
