Hello everyone..I am a newbie to Redhat Linux....I just installed version 9
last night and everything is working great except for one thing. I am using a
Samsung N400 to access the Sprint "Vision" network for my internet access..It
connects to my phone throug a USB port. When I try to configure a PPP
connection, the system does not recognize that I have any modem
installed.....However when I go to "hardware browser" it shows the modem listed
correctly.

Does anyone have any ideas how I can get the system to recognize this? Please
keep in mind I am a brand spankin newbie to this..

Cant wait to toss Windows!!

Steve
