Password Lenght RedHat 8.0

Can ayone tell me how to reset the length of the passwords in RedHat
8.0. The default of 6 makes it impossible for me to use the same
passwords that I already have setup on my windows machines. I would
like to set the defualt on the Linux box to 5.
