Red Hat Configuration - wrong screen resolution

I have a RH 9.0 box which I have connected to a 15" SVGA monitor. During the
installation the monitor was probed correctly and I set the resolution to
1024x768. I have now moved the computer to another office with a 14"
monitor. The problem is when RH has booted and waits for me to login, the
display is flickering and it`s not possible to read anything. This is
probaby because the monitor is not able to use the same sync and resolution
configuration

How can I fix this without installing RH again?
