Fix for rhn_register ssl-connect error

I get the following error when I try to use rhn_register on a newly
installed RH7.3 server.

A socket error occurred: SSL_Connect error

I know this is because of an expired certificate with RH, but I do not
remember what the fix is. Can someone help?
