need help with MajorDomo config.

I need some help configuring a majordomo list:

1) transition of email lists from AOL to mailing lists (majordomo)
a. members will be able to receive ONLY
b. members cannot reply or post
c, board members are only posters

Can someone show me how to configure the .config file?
