fellows!!!

Installed successfully vsftpd and trying to crank ftp server with this
i am having a little problem... help me out, please. I am using Linux
Enterprise 4.

i am pasting my vsftp.conf file and these are my configurations

listen=YES
port_enable=YES
local_root=/usr/share/empty
anonymous_enable=YES
local_enable=YES
write_enable=YES
local_umask=022
dirmessage_enable=YES
xferlog_enable=YES
connect_from_port_20=YES
ftpd_banner=Welcome to blah FTP service.

tried to start xinetd
[root@iem028 ~]# /etc/rc.d/init.d/xinetd restart
Stopping xinetd: [ OK ]
Starting xinetd: [ OK ]

when i tried to connect by ftp, it didnt want to connect... it says
login failed

also tried to test in "standalone" mode

[root@iem028 ~]# /usr/local/sbin/vsftpd
500 OOPS: could not bind listening IPv4 socket

This was the result...

If you could help me out, i would be so glad.
