This has been already answered at linux.redhat.rpm

When posting a question to more than one newsgroup, do a croos-posting, so
that replys to your post will be shown on all the newsgroups. If your
microsoft windows product don't support cross posting, then change to another
news program or boot into linux and do the posting from there.
