Iptables Firewall - Redhat 9

I am trying to setup in iptables firewall on Redhat 9. The firewall isn't
passing files from my LAN network. also I can't ftp out the wan from the
firewall (or any other TCP Services) but I can ping out. Any ideas what I
mite be missing?
