| Hi, all...
I have an hp LaserJet 3300mfp on our network with a dedicated IP
address. We are using a jetdirect print server with it. There are no
other printers connected, locally or otherwise.
When I click on Main Menu -> System Settings -> Prnting, (providing
the root password) then click "New", I get a "Loading printer
information. Please wait..." message. However, the tool never gets
past this point.
How do I point this in the right direction, so to speak?
Thanks!

| Are you running CUPS?
Try this link: http://127.0.0.1:631/printers
And see if that gets you the the CUPS printer setup
