Any one know of better docs for this style setup

<< Linksys Router >>
<< 2 Nics >> " One Local only and one on DMZ from Router, Also have FQDN!

I probably should have been more specific! I am wanting to Vhost in apache
behind the router.
my problem is the basic doc's do not help with the router problem!
