WHen doing "arp -a" on mij RH9 box, I get the following two lines,
among others:

? (10.102.0.41) at <incomplete> on eth0
? (10.0.1.3) at <incomplete> on eth0

eth0 (10.0.0.150) is my external interface, going to my speedtouch
modem (10.0.0.138)

I don't know the two 10-numbers in the cache.
Where do they come from ?
What's happening here ?
