Writing Fedora to CD Question

I am having problems getting network access to py RH 7.1 system on my
SOHO. I downloaded the iso images for fedora to my PC and I need to
creat CDs to install fedora on my RH 7.1 system . Can I burn the images
onto CD on the PC and still install from them like the Rh distribution
CDs. ?
