| I think this is probably an easy one but yet it's stumped me for ages!
I have just configured the Gnome Docking element of Als MSN and now I want
to set Als MSN to startup automatically after Gnome has started.
How do I start a program automatically after GNOME has started?
Is it possible to start it minimized too?
Is there also a way to hide the minimized window item in the panel?
(obviously with the docking there it isn't needed and looks messy)

Doh! I found this under Preferences > More Preferences > Sesisons in RH
9.0 so not to worry about this bit, but I would still like to know if the
following can be done:
