Kernel upgrade via APT?

I have apt-0.5.5cnc6-1 on my RH9 box.
Is there a repository I can add to my sources.list that will update the
Kernel to the latest RedHat issued 2.4.20-30.9 ?

(Can't get my up2date to work, see other post)
