| Hi,
i have just installed redhat 9. When in the gui mode the "|" character is
there no problem, however when i drop into command line the "|" pipe
character dissapears to be replaced by a "¦" As i already had one of these i
now have 2 but no staight line charcter. I checked and i have definately
installed the uk charcter map for my home region, I also tried the us
character map and it was even worse (not surprizing as i had a uk keyboard)
Has anybody a solution to this?
