Why don't you first do a little research? Try Googling for linux
webmail. Then if you have a specific question that you can't find the
answer for, then post.

I have been searching but none of them is offering mail acocunt creation
.. I know that Horde's IMP version 2 was working that way but not any

If I recall correctly, Webmin will give you that option....I use it as
follows.

installed Linux server

setup Sendmail

installed Webmin, and under users email they could login to check, read and
compose mail. You can limit what they can do via the login screen setup.

Creating new accounts is not really a webmail function.

Are you wanting a program that will:
allow web users to create their new email accounts via the web?
that will allow _you_ to create new email accounts via the web?

Are you looking for a web-based admin tool?

On second thought, there is SquirrelMail plugin that should do what
you're asking, assuming you want something that will let the
_administrator_ add new accounts via the webmail program. Check
http://www.squirrelmail.org/plugin_view.php?id=3
This plugin works only with SquirrelMail webmail, and requires
VMailMgr (http://www.vmailmgr.org/), which seems to require the
Courier-IMAP server, which is probably NOT the default IMAP on RH*. I
don't think RedHat even offers an RPM for Courier-IMAP. You would
need to get the source, compile it, and install it.
